Buyer Compliance & Responsibility

• Import and customs regulations in the destination country

International Orders & Customs

If you are ordering from outside our country of dispatch, it is your responsibility to verify that the goods can lawfully be imported into your destination country before placing an order.

Helix Peptides is not responsible for delays, confiscation, destruction, customs holds, or any charges imposed by border authorities. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell — research-grade peptides and compounds — we do not accept returned products once dispatched, except where goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at support@helixpeptides.eu within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected.

Storage & Handling

All products must be stored and handled in accordance with the instructions provided. Helix Peptides accepts no responsibility for degradation, contamination, or loss of potency caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Recommended storage conditions are provided on product pages and certificates of analysis. It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain appropriate conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helix Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of any product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profit, or regulatory penalties.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Ordering, Payment & Contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted, or when we dispatch the goods — whichever comes first. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where legal, compliance, or risk concerns arise.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We currently accept bank transfer (BACS), Wise, Revolut, and cryptocurrency. All prices are shown in the selected currency at checkout.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [ENGLAND AND WALES / NETHERLANDS / OTHER]. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections of the consumer laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed at the time of your order applies to that order.
