Dispatch

Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs charges, failure to collect, or failure to provide requested documentation, we may deduct the following from any refund:
- Our original outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs charges or handling fees incurred
This is to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not override mandatory consumer rights.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If goods are damaged, missing, or appear tampered with, contact us at support@helixpeptides.eu promptly with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the outer packaging and affected products
- A description of the issue
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot investigate claims submitted after this window.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Your privacy is important to us.
Risk and Title
For consumers, risk in the goods passes when they come into your physical possession or that of a person you identify to take possession. For business customers, risk passes in accordance with the agreed shipping terms, or on delivery to the carrier where those terms provide.
Title to the goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.
